Undergraduate Transfer Substitute Application Results to our Faculty have been Announced.
Reserve registration date 11.09.2023 15.09.2023
Registrations will be made in person to the Student Affairs unit of the Deanship of the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Required Documents
1- Approved student certificate
2- Certified transcript
3- Document showing ÖSYS / YKS Score (can be obtained from ÖSYM result notification address)
4- Course contents (Those who will request exemption must add the approved course contents to the appendix of the exemption petition. Otherwise, exemption will not be made.)
5- Horizontal Transfer Registration Petition
6- Printout of the application form
7- Document showing the grade evaluation system (will be required from those who apply for international transfers.)
8- High School Diploma (It will be required from students who transfer abroad)
9- Document stating that there is no problem with horizontal transfer
Exemption Request Petition
Important Note: Do not forget to request a scholarship/credit transfer from https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/kyk-kredi-burs-nakil-basvurusu so that your scholarship/loan is not interrupted after your horizontal transfer.
