A Journey of Wisdom in Midwifery: A Future Perspective with Dr. Midwife" Event Held


Organized by the Midwifery Department of Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences as part of the 11th Employment and Career Days, the event titled “A Journey of Wisdom in Midwifery: A Future Perspective with Dr. Midwife” attracted great interest and aimed to support the professional development of students.
The guest speaker, Dr. Midwife Merve ÇAKIL, shared her career journey and the responsibilities and rewarding aspects of practicing midwifery in Turkey with midwifery students. Emphasizing the importance of professional determination, academic advancement, and field experience, she offered inspiring insights to the students.
The event concluded with a Q&A session, creating an interactive and engaging atmosphere.

  • Awareness Training on Child Developmental Periods at ŞÖNİM

  • Kırıkkale Yenimahalle Şehit Ali Tonga Girls Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Students visited our Faculty.

  • Çaycuma Şehit Aydın Berber Anatolian High School Students were informed about our Faculty at the Faculty visit.

  • The Fourth First Aid Training organized at the First Aid Training and Instructor Education Center has been successfully completed.

  • A Booth Event Was Held in Collaboration with Our Faculty and Bartın Public Health Center Education Unit as Part of the April 1-7 National Cancer Week.

  • “Hand Hygiene Training” Conducted in Collaboration with the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Health Services Vocational School

  • Our University's Vice Rector and our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Sevim ÇELİK, served as the Chief Evaluator within the scope of the 10th Productivity Project Awards organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey.

  • Generations Meet in Midwifery Profession Panel” was held at Bartın University.
