"Cancer Screening Training" was held at the Faculty of Health Sciences.

As part of World Cancer Day, the Nursing Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences invited Dr. Zeynep Türk, who works at the Bartın Central Community Health Center, to conduct a "Cancer Screening Training" session on February 22, 2024. In her presentation, Dr. Zeynep Türk discussed current cancer screening methods, application techniques, evaluation of results, and management of common cancer types such as breast cancer, cervical cancer, and colon cancer in our country. The event was attended by 80 students, academic, and administrative staff. Following the presentations, participants' questions were answered
