Technology Addiction and Time Management Training was Held in Our Faculty

Health training on “Technology addiction and Time Management” was organized for academic staff and students on 09.06.2023 by the Nursing Department of our faculty. Research Assistant in Health Education Department of Public Health Nursing. It was made by Hilal Büyüktopaç. In education, "the necessity of using technology today, the signals of addiction, the situation of consuming the time of the individual who prevents being in the moment without noticing, the steps in time management" has contributed to the lifelong learning process. Health education was carried out interactively and was completed with the thoughts, questions and contributions of the participants about the process.
