“The first graduates of the Nursing Department at BARU took the Oath by reading the Nursing Oath.”

Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department Graduates' Oath Ceremony was held proudly in the 2022-2023 academic year.

               To the graduation ceremony; Bartin University Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zahmakıran, Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Sevim Çelik, AKTIP Board Member Refik Akmaz, academicians of the Faculty of Health Sciences, administrative staff, graduate students and their families attended.

               Speaking at the ceremony that started with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, Nursing Department top student İlayda Yıldırım said on behalf of the graduate students, “We have adopted project-based learning as a principle throughout our education and training process, and that they can provide education everywhere and under all conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic and the earthquake process, which is described as the disaster of the century. He conveyed his thanks to his teachers, friends and family in this process that his rights continue uninterruptedly. In the continuation of the ceremony, the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences Prof. Dr. Sevim Çelik made her speeches. In his speech, Çelik said, “We have graduates who adopt the mission and vision of Bartın University, who will contribute to society, science, art and culture at a universal level, who love their homeland and nation, who assimilate and care about our social values; As for students, he expressed his full belief that after graduation, they will begin to serve humanity by forcing all conditions for the benefit of humanity in ordinary and extraordinary places, and that they will quickly climb the career ladder.” Bartin University Rector Prof. Dr. In his speech, Orhan Uzun pointed out that “The projects, practices and studies of the students of the nursing department during their education not only improve their professional knowledge and skills, but also provide students with a high level of social responsibility awareness”. He stated that the graduates have learned to learn and that we will continue to add value to the Turkish century and succeed together. After the speeches, the first place winner of the term İlayda Yıldırım, with her family, nailed the first place plaque to the first place register of the Faculty. Afterwards, our University Rector Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sevim Çelik, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zahmakıran presented plaques and success certificates. Greeting card were given to all graduates by members of the protocol and academic staff. Graduate students Head of Nursing Department Assoc.
